Dragonboat, Manila Bay [Canon EOS50]I recently joined the UP Dragonboat Team. It's a great team sport. There's more to it than just paddling! :D It's hard but I hope I will get better soon.
I also got to use my good old SLR. I missed using film so I took my slr to practice to take some shots. Also, my slr is a worry-free camera when it comes to water unlike my dslr hehehe.
More UP Dragonboat pictures here.

Hickory Nut Falls, North Carolina (Nikon D70)
Nature's beauty is everywhere! We just have to open our eyes to see it...

 Japanese Garden, Caliraya (Lomo LCA)
Took these a few months ago. I don't have new photos to post that's why I'm posting some of my old photos :) Hopefully, I'll get to shoot soon!
Btw, I'm posting this entry using zoto. I just found this site while looking for a new template design. I think it's quite cool so I'm giving it a try.

Alabang Country Club (Canon EOS50)
We were 3rd during the last league from our pool... we're quite happy with the result! Hopefully we'll do better next league. I miss playing frisbee... -- I'm doing nightshift for the past few days... It's beginning to take its toll. -- I'm writing this entry before sunrise :D
Alona Beach, Panglao Island, Bohol (Canon EOS50)
Rainy days are here again... we can only dream of summer...for now...
Man-made Mahogany Forest, Bohol (Canon EOS50)
If this is what EDSA looks like, I wouldn't mind the traffic at all!!!
Loboc River, Bohol (Canon EOS50)
I took this shot while on a hanging bridge. It required some great courage and luck to take this picture. This became my fave shot from my Bohol series. Many of my friends said it's theirs too.

Loboc River, Bohol (Canon EOS50)
Went to Bohol last weekend for a much needed vacation. Last "hirit" before the rainy season kicks in! Bohol has a lot to offer... from historical sites, magnificent views and white-sand beaches. What made the trip even more memorable was spending it with someone special. :D

Caliraya Lake, Laguna (Lomo LCA)
Lighthouses are always great to shoot. They have this solitary attitude that makes them very dramatic. This one is not operational. I guess it has served its purpose. All it has to do now is stand still and wait for photographers like me to admire their beauty.

Pagsanjan, Laguna (Canon EOS50, Colpan BW)
Taken during a roadtrip around Laguna.
This was a refreshing sight despite its aging atmosphere coming from the metropolis with buildings taller than ever.
Old Houses Slatternly crones, That lean, ancient with days, On ancient props, crooked as gnarled canes, Bend wagging heads To gossip of old ways And squeak sad tales of their rheumatic pains. -Alice Wilson Oldroyd

Avilon Zoo, Rizal (Sony DSC-P52)
Thanks to Eye for being our driver (and for using her car hehe) going to Avilon Zoo. The zoo is still clean since it's relatively new with lots of unusual species. You can view more pictures at my gallery.
